Blue Cheese Club Steaks

  1. 1 of 2 Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks, and cook for about 2 minutes per side. Remove steaks from skillet; keep warm.
  2. 2 of 2 Add onion and garlic to skillet; saute for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add beef broth; cook for 1-1/2 minutes to reduce. Remove from heat. Stir in blue cheese dressing. Spoon equal amount of sauce, about 1/4 cup, over each steak. Top with crumbled blue cheese.
