Chili Flank Steak

This grilled steak recipe takes its cues from a sweet and spicy marinade that consists of brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, soy sauce, and garlic.

- 1 of 4 In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, V-8 juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic and cumin.
- 2 of 4 Add the steak and marinate in the refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight.
- 3 of 4 Remove steak from bag and discard marinade.
- 4 of 4 Heat a grill to medium-high. Grill steak for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until internal temperature reads 150 degree F on an instant-read thermometer. Remove steak from grill and cover with foil. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain. Serve with warmed corn tortillas and salad, if desired.
