  1. 1 of 3 Place rack in upper third of oven. Heat oven to 475 degrees F. Line jelly-roll pan with foil. Coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 of 3 Combine tomatoes, Worcestershire, eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add ground meat and bread crumbs, stirring until just combined. Divide mixture into 8 equal pieces; shape into mini-loaves. Place on prepared pan.
  3. 3 of 3 Bake in upper third of 475 degree F oven for 15 minutes. Spread ketchup over top of loaves. Bake 5 minutes more or until juices run clear and internal temperature registers 180 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer. Makes 8 servings.
