Speedy Italian Beef Pie

  1. 1 of 4 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 of 4 Sprinkle beef mix, provolone, onion, tomatoes, olives and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese into prepared dish; spread level.
  3. 3 of 4 Beat together eggs, milk, sage and salt in a bowl. Stir in baking mix just until combined. Pour evenly over meat mixture in dish. Sprinkle on remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
  4. 4 of 4 Bake in preheated 400 degree F oven for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve. Makes 6 servings.
