  1. 1 of 1 Heat broiler. Season steak with salt and pepper. Broil 6 inches from heat 6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Salad:

  1. 1 of 2 Whisk vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, pepper in small bowl. Toss cucumber, tomatoes, greens in large bowl. Thinly slice steak across grain.
  2. 2 of 2 Put greens on 6 plates. Top with steak, cheese and dressing. Makes 6 servings.
