Berry Icebox Cake
- 1 of 1 Hull and thinly slice strawberries and toss with granulated sugar. Beat heavy cream with confectioners' sugar and vanilla to stiff peaks. Spread 1 cup whipped cream in an 8-inch square baking dish. Top with cookies, 1/3 of the berries and 1 cup whipped cream. Repeat twice, ending with whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Shave chocolate on top before serving.
