  1. 1 of 1 Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and fit with a rack. Spread bacon on rack. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 min, until crisp. Meanwhile, toast bread. Spread 4 slices with 1 tbsp honey mustard each, then top with 2 slices bacon (broken in half). Add lettuce to sandwiches and 2 slices tomato to each stack. Spread each of 4 remaining bread slices with 1/4 of the avocado and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Assemble sandwiches and serve with chips, if desired.
