  1. 1 of 4 Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper..
  2. 2 of 4 In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, salt and garlic powder. Cut in the cold butter until mixture is crumbly. Add wine and cheese and stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. 3 of 4 Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead 5 to 6 times. Pat into an 8-inch circle and cut into 8 wedges.
  4. 4 of 4 Place wedges 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
