Directions

  1. 1 of 1 Cook 6 tbsp unsalted butter over medium in a large skillet until browned, about 8 minutes. (Watch carefully so it does not burn.) Stir in 3/4 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika and 1/4 tsp each ground cinnamon and black pepper. Add 2 lbs peeled carrots, sliced on the bias into 1-inch pieces. Cook 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
