  1. 1 of 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium. Add medium diced onions and sliced garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Pour in tomatoes, breaking them apart with your hands or a wooden spoon. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt and black pepper. Simmer 10 minutes over medium-high. Meanwhile, add bucatini or thin spaghetti to boiling water and cook as per package directions, about 9 minutes. Drain. Toss bucatini with tomato sauce, fresh basil leaves and top with spoonfuls of BelGioioso Burrata with Black Truffles.
