• Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium. Add medium diced onions and sliced garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Pour in tomatoes, breaking them apart with your hands or a wooden spoon. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt and black pepper. Simmer 10 minutes over medium-high. Meanwhile, add bucatini or thin spaghetti to boiling water and cook as per package directions, about 9 minutes. Drain. Toss bucatini with tomato sauce, fresh basil leaves and top with spoonfuls of BelGioioso Burrata with Black Truffles.



Stir fully cooked Italian meatballs into the bucatini for an even heartier meal.
