Byron Bay Salad
In a small bowl, whisk first 4 ingredients. Season with 1/8 tsp salt.Advertisement
Divide rice between 2 platters. Top with next 7 ingredients and sprouts, if using, distributing evenly between platters. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad. Sprinkle with cilantro, almonds and seeds. Season each platter with 1/4 tsp salt and serve immediately.
