Milk Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting
- 1 of 2 Melt chocolate in small, heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and smooth. Cool slightly.
- 2 of 2 Combine butter, chocolate, milk, vanilla and salt in bowl. Add 1 cup of the 3 cups sugar; beat until creamy. Gradually beat in remaining sugar until good spreading consistency. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
