  1. 1 of 1 In a blender, combine 1 pound frozen peach slices (about 2 cups), 1 1/2 cups tangerine or orange sections (peeled and pitted), 2 cups carrot juice (such as Bolthouse Farms), 2 cups orange-tangerine juice and 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger. Blend until smooth.
