  1. 1 of 1 Combine softened unsalted butter, chopped cilantro, parsley, chopped onion, chopped garlic, white wine vinegar and 1/8 tsp salt and pepper. Form into a small log and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate. Heat oven to 400 degrees . Cut peeled sweet potatoes into 1-inch-thick wedges. Toss with olive oil and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Roast 30 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, season hanger steak with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high; add steak and cook 2 minutes per side. Slice steak, serve with sweet potatoes and top with chimichurri butter.
