  • Rub tenderloin with 2 tbsp soy sauce and garlic. Grill on medium-high 6 minutes per side for medium. Add scallions during last 5 minutes of grilling. Combine peanut butter, water, 2 tbsp soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper flakes and ginger. Combine lettuce, cucumber and red pepper. Toss with dressing and serve with sliced pork and scallions. Sprinkle with peanuts.
