  • Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in medium-size bowl. Stir in heavy cream and cheese just until dough comes together.

  • Knead dough a few turns on generously floured surface. With rolling pin or hands, roll or pat dough out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into desired size and shape. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Brush the biscuits with melted butter.

  • Bake in 350°F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
