Cheese Biscuits

  1. 1 of 3 Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in medium-size bowl. Stir in heavy cream and cheese just until dough comes together.
  2. 2 of 3 Knead dough a few turns on generously floured surface. With rolling pin or hands, roll or pat dough out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into desired size and shape. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Brush the biscuits with melted butter.
  3. 3 of 3 Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
