Place patties on grill and cook 4 to 5 min per side for med-rare or to desired doneness.
Meanwhile, split buns and grill cut sides 1 to 2 min. Place burgers on bottom buns and top with a sprinkle of celery salt plus mustard, pickle, tomato, relish and sport peppers. Top with remaining buns.
