  1. 1 of 3 Heat grill over med-high. Mix beef with mustard and celery salt until well combined. Form into four 4-inch-wide 6 oz patties.
  2. 2 of 3 Place patties on grill and cook 4 to 5 min per side for med-rare or to desired doneness.
  3. 3 of 3 Meanwhile, split buns and grill cut sides 1 to 2 min. Place burgers on bottom buns and top with a sprinkle of celery salt plus mustard, pickle, tomato, relish and sport peppers. Top with remaining buns.
