Chicken and Apple Tartine
- 1 of 2 Heat broiler. In a large bowl, toss chicken, apple and celery.
- 2 of 2 In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients. Fold into chicken mixture, then divide among bread slices, spreading to edges. Top each with a slice of cheese and broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 minutes, until melted and bubbly. Slice diagonally in half.
