Chicken and Broccolini Aglio e Olio
- 1 of 1 Cut broccolini into thirds and boil 3 minutes in a large pot of water. Remove with a slotted spoon; add linguine and cook following pkg directions (about 8 minutes). Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water. Meanwhile, cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and coat with flour. Season with 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a skillet and cook 4 minutes per side. Add garlic, capers, brine and pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute. Add broccolini and reserved pasta water and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and 1/4 tsp salt. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with parsley.
