Chicken and Rice Soup
- 1 of 2 Place carrots, celery, onion, thyme, cloves and peppercorns in slow cooker. Arrange chicken, including back and wings, on top. Pour in chicken stock and 1 cup water. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- 2 of 2 Remove chicken from slow cooker. Shred, discarding bones and skin. Return meat to slow cooker and stir in dill, salt and rice. Serve with freshly cracked pepper.
