  1. 1 of 4 Heat broiler. Coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 of 4 Season chicken on both sides with 4 tsp of the Mexican seasoning. Broil 3 minutes, turn and broil 3 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees . Place chicken on a cutting board and keep warm.
  3. 3 of 4 Meanwhile, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in green pepper, zucchini, summer squash, salt and remaining 2 tsp of the Mexican seasoning; cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4 of 4 Slice chicken breasts and wrap in tortillas with vegetables. Serve with rice, sour cream and lime wedges for squeezing over fajitas.
