  • On a lightly greased large rimmed sheet pan, add sausages, potatoes, peppers, onion and garlic. Toss with oil, salt, seasoning and black pepper. Roast at 400° for 45 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Serve vegetables with sliced sausage.
