Chicken Sausage, Peppers, Sweet Onion and Potatoes
- 1 of 1 On a lightly greased large rimmed sheet pan, add sausages, potatoes, peppers, onion and garlic. Toss with oil, salt, seasoning and black pepper. Roast at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Serve vegetables with sliced sausage.
