Chicken Tikka Masala
- 1 of 1 Dice 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces. Toss with 2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and 1/8 tsp salt. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp unsalted butter over medium-high. Stir in chicken and cook 3 minutes, until browned. Add 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce, 1/4 cup water, 1 clove grated garlic and 1 tsp sugar. Bring to a simmer. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 8 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1 tbsp unsalted butter. Garnish with a handful of cilantro. Serve with basmati rice and, if desired, naan bread.
