• Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, toss drumettes and wings with 2 tbsp each vegetable oil and melted unsalted butter and 1 tsp each garam masala and salt. Spread wings in a single layer on prepared sheet. Bake at 400° for 45 to 55 minutes, until crispy. Meanwhile, stir tomato sauce, 3 tbsp unsalted butter and 1/2 tsp garam masala in a small skillet over medium heat until simmering. Toss cooked wings with sauce in a clean bowl, transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped cilantro.
