Barbecue Chicken Tacos

  1. 1 of 5 Heat broiler. Brush chicken with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
  2. 2 of 5 Broil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  3. 3 of 5 Slice breasts into long 1/2-inch-thick slices. Mix with remaining sauce, corn and salt. Keep warm.
  4. 4 of 5 Gently warm tortillas according to package directions.
  5. 5 of 5 To serve, place lettuce on tortillas. Top with chicken. Garnish with cheese and scallions. Roll up.
