  1. 1 of 5 Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease large baking pan.
  2. 2 of 5 Cut off wing tips; save for soup or stock. Cut wings in half at joint.
  3. 3 of 5 Combine chili sauce, honey, soy, mustard, vinegar, pepper sauce, scallion and salt in large bowl. Add wings. Place wings in baking pan.
  4. 4 of 5 Bake in 375 degrees F oven for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
  5. 5 of 5 Set oven to broil. Broil wings until crisp, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
