Honey-Mustard sauce


  1. 1 of 2 Whisk together the egg, milk, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk in the flour. Place corn-flake crumbs in shallow pan. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then corn-flake crumbs to coat completely. Place chicken fingers on ungreased baking sheet. Lightly brush chicken with melted margarine.
  2. 2 of 2 Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy. Serve with Honey-Mustard Sauce and lightly cooked broccoli flowerets if you wish.
