  2. 2 of 5 Coat 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in dish. Add salt, pepper. Spoon on sauce.
  3. 3 of 5 Bake in 350 degrees F oven 20 minutes, until internal temperature registers 160 degrees F.
  4. 4 of 5 Top each breast with 2 slices cooked bacon. Sprinkle with cheddar.
  5. 5 of 5 Bake in 350 degrees F oven 5 minutes. Top with scallion and tomato.
