Slow Cook on HIGH for 5 hours or LOW for 8 hours

  1. 1 of 4 In a 6-quart slow cooker, layer chicken, onions, carrots, raisins and apricots.
  2. 2 of 4 In a medium-size bowl, whisk chicken broth, tomato paste, lemon juice, flour, garlic salt, cumin, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper. Pour over chicken and vegetables.
  3. 3 of 4 Cook 5 hours on HIGH heat or 8 hours on LOW heat.
  4. 4 of 4 Serve over cooked couscous. Garnish with toasted pine nuts, if desired.
