  1. 1 of 2 Combine olive oil, oregano, salt and red pepper flakes. Pour over lamp chops; turn to coat. Add lemon slices.
  2. 2 of 2 Marinate in fridge, covered, several hours. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes; grill or broil about 3 minutes per side or until golden.
