Salsa Chicken Sandwiches
- 1 of 3 Combine black beans, corn, lime juice and salsa in bowl.
- 2 of 3 Heat oil in medium-size nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add cumin and chicken; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
- 3 of 3 Add corn mixture; heat through, about 1 minute. Spoon mixture into pita pockets, dividing equally. Garnish with sour cream if you wish. Makes 4 sandwiches.
