Chinese Chicken and Ramen
- 1 of 3 Coat slow cooker bowl with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2 of 3 Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add to slow cooker with broth, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and cabbage. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours. During last 10 minutes of cooking, stir in ramen noodles and sweet red pepper.
- 3 of 3 Just before serving, stir in mirin and shred chicken. Garnish with scallion and cilantro.
