- 1 of 3 Mix reserved cherry syrup and preserves in bowl. Stir in cherries.
- 2 of 3 Beat heavy cream in bowl until soft peaks form. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form.
- 3 of 3 Place bottom half of each brownie on individual dessert plate. Spoon 1/3 cup of cherry mixture over brownie. Top with dollop of whipped cream, with remaining brownie half and another dollop of whipped cream.
