Make chocolate sauce:
- 1 of 1 Combine all the chocolate and milk in small bowl. Set bowl in pan of barely simmering water and stir until melted and smooth. (Sauce may be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
- 1 of 1 Just before serving, rewarm sauce if necessary. Drizzle 1 tablespoon sauce over each serving of pudding. Scatter raspberries over top.
