Chunky Beef Chili
Season beef chuck with 1 tbsp McCormick chili seasoning mix, salt and pepper. Sear in 2 tbsp vegetable oil 4 minutes over medium- high heat. Transfer beef to a slow cooker and add enchilada sauce and remaining seasoning mix.Advertisement
Cover and slow cook on HIGH for 5 hours or LOW for 7 hours.
Drain and rinse cans of kidney beans. Stir into chili. Serve with diced avocado on top.
