Cilantro-Scallion Dip

  1. 1 of 1 In a mini chopper, combine scallions, cilantro and parsley. Pulse until finely chopped. Add sour cream, milk, lemon juice, EVOO and salt. Pulse until smooth. Add hot sauce to taste. Makes 2 cups.
