Anise Pine-Nut Drops

  1. 1 of 4 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2 of 4 Stir together flour, baking powder and salt on a piece of waxed paper.
  3. 3 of 4 Beat together butter, margarine and sugar in a bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and anise flavoring until well blended. Stir in the flour mixture. Shape dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until well-chilled.
  4. 4 of 4 For each cookie, roll 1 rounded teaspoon dough in pine nuts. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
