You'll need a cookie press to make these buttery spritz cookies. Look for small red candies to use as berries for these holiday wreaths.

  1. 1 of 3 Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, egg and salt until fluffy, 3 minutes. On low speed, beat in flour until smooth. Tint pale green with food coloring.
  2. 2 of 3 Spoon dough into cookie press fitted with standard wreath disk, following manufacturers directions. Press out wreaths onto large baking sheets, spacing cookies about 3/4 inch apart. Before baking, press in candy berries or confetti, if desired.
  3. 3 of 3 Bake cookies at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly puffed and set. Transfer cookies directly to racks to cool.

Glaze:

  1. 1 of 1 In a bowl, whisk confectioners sugar and 4 teaspoons water. Brush over cookies; top immediately with green sugar. Let dry 15 minutes before stacking.
