French Coconut-Cherry Macaroons

  1. 1 of 4 Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Line large baking sheet with sheet of parchment paper.
  2. 2 of 4 Combine coconut, almond filling, candied cherries, sugar, flour, salt and egg whites in large bowl.
  3. 3 of 4 Drop mixture by level tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet; shape in rounds.
  4. 4 of 4 Bake in 325 degrees F oven for 25 minutes, until lightly browned but still soft in center. Remove to wire racks to cool. Store at room temperature or freeze.
