Raspberry-Chocolate Pierogi

  1. 1 of 1 Prepare Stenciled Sugar Cookies dough. Cut into rounds with 2-1/2-inch round cookie cutter. Place 1/2 teaspoon raspberry-chocolate bits in center of each. Moisten edges of rounds; fold in half; press edges together. Cut "X" in top of each. Bake in 350 degree F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned at edges. Cool. Melt red chocolate coating disks; drizzle over cookies. Makes 32 cookies.
