In a large bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, cornstarch, sugar, salt and cayenne. Stir in crumbled bacon, scallions, corn kernels and creamed corn.
Pour into prepared pan and top with shredded cheddar. Bake until golden and a knife inserted in top comes out clean, about 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
