  1. 1 of 2 Place cauliflower in a large pot, adding 2 inches of water. Bring to a boil, covered. Reduce to a simmer and cook 10 to 12 minutes, until fork-tender.
  2. 2 of 2 Drain cauliflower and transfer to a food processor. Add all remaining ingredients and process until semi-smooth.
