Directions

  1. 1 of 1 Melt 4 tbsp unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high. Stir in 2 lbs quartered wild mushrooms and 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme. Cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Add 1 bag (14 oz) thawed frozen pearl onions; cook 2 minutes. Pour in 1 cup heavy cream, 3/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Simmer 5 minutes, until liquid is reduced by half and thickened.
