  • Place pork chops, onion and garlic in a large resealable plastic bag. Whisk remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops in bag, tossing to coat. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature.

  • Heat grill or grill pan to medium. Remove pork chops from marinade. Grill 8 to 10 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 140° on an instant-read thermometer. Let rest 5 minutes before serving; temperature will increase to 145°.
