  1. 1 of 1 Combine 3 thinly sliced English cucumbers, 1/2 cup each thinly sliced red onion and sliced pitted Kalamata olives, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 tbsp canola oil, 2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
