  1. 1 of 2 Simmer in saucepan, covered, rhubarb, orange juice, light-brown sugar, and honey until rhubarb is tender, 10 minutes. Puree half of mixture in processor or blender. Combine with remaining mixture. Chill. Serve over ice cream or plain cake. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
  2. 2 of 2 Puree half of mixture in processor or blender. Combine with remaining mixture. Chill. Serve over ice cream or plain cake.
