Rum-Raisin Bananas

  1. 1 of 2 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, combine sugar, water and rum. Cook, stirring, over medium-high heat 2 minutes, until mixture comes to a boil.
  2. 2 of 2 Stir in raisins. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in butter; simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add bananas. Baste bananas until evenly coated. Serve warm with yogurt. Makes 4 servings.
