• Heat broiler. In small saucepan, stir together orange juice, lemon rind and juice, honey, cornstarch and allspice to dissolve cornstarch. Heat, stirring occasionally, over medium until thickened, 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

  • Thread strawberry, banana, strawberry, pineapple and strawberry on each of 6 metal skewers.

  • Coat broiler-pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place skewers on broiler-pan rack. Generously brush all sides with cooled glaze.

  • Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until fruit just starts to brown. Garnish with mint. Serve while still warm. Makes 6 servings.
