  1. 1 of 2 In a medium-size bowl, beat cream on medium-high speed until frothy. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until soft peaks form.
  2. 2 of 2 Divide the beer evenly between two 12 ounce glasses. Place a 1/3 cup scoop ice cream into each. Top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
